Associations between acute left ventricular (LV) systolic function, diastolic 4D flow parameters and LV remodelling. In the acute scan, lower LVEF correlated with lower peak E-wave A and higher peak A-wave B kinetic energy. Patients who went on to develop adverse remodelling at 12 months had significantly lower peak E-wave C and higher peak A-wave D kinetic energy during their acute scan.
