  1. Imaging results and outcomes in study subjects. CMR results are coded as follows: 1 = negative; 2 = infarct present, no ischemia; 3 = ischemia present. SPECT results are: 1 = negative; 2 = fixed defect; 3 = ischemia present; 4 = indeterminate. Angiography: 0 = not performed; 1 = performed and no obstructive disease; 2 = performed and obstructive disease present. Outcomes at 6-months follow-up are: 0 = lost to follow-up; 1 = no event; 2 = cardiovascular hospitalization. CEA = carotid endarterectomy. Notes: Excluded were subjects 22 (who jumped off the treadmill prior to termination and refused study completion), 31 (complex congenital heart disease) and 35 (no sestamibi).
