In addition, TRs is time between slice acquisition pulses, TRir is time between inversion pulses, NPE is number of phase encodes, and Nslices is number of slices. Also note that as timings between TI frames are dependent on ECG gating they differ between rat and mouse (i.e on average RR of rat = 151 ms, RR of mouse = 111 ms).
