Intense, well-defined MDE in the septum at the anterior right ventricular insertion (B) with corresponding hypo-perfusion (relative MBF = 56%, A). T2-weighted imaging depicts high signal, indicating edema (arrow), and adjacent low signal (arrow head, C).
