This example shows severe frequency-offsets which result in blurring and ghosting (arrows) along the phase encode direction (vertical) with this sequence. This example is extreme and uncommon, although blurring of the myocardial wall along the phase-encode direction is believed to be a more common event in first-pass perfusion with this particular sequence.
