A) The change in myocardial blood flow through the affected region (relative to the flow through the remote region at that point in time) is shown at three time points: baseline (Time 0), post-stenosis and post-pacing or at the end of imaging in sham animals (Time 1), and just before euthanasia (Time 2), with a significant decrease in blood flow with the model. B) Ex vivo myocardial respiration rates in the affected region normalized to rates in the remote region were significantly lower in the NSTE-ACS model vs. that in sham animals.
