Surface-shaded angiographic image from 4D flow MRI dataset indicating locations of flow quantification in the right-sided circulation. Flow analysis was performed at the level of the tricuspid valve (TV), main pulmonary artery (MPA), right pulmonary artery (RPA), and left pulmonary artery (LPA). The ratio of the peak tricpuspid regurgitation velocity (TRV) to flow through the MPA (QP) was correlated to pulmonary vascular resistance at right heart catheterization (PVRRHC).
