ICM – ischemic cardiomyopathy, NICM – non-ischemic cardiomyopathy, DCM – dilated cardiomyopathy, HtCM – hypertensive cardiomyopathy, HCM – hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, ARVC – arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy.
