Myocardial CMR spectroscopy. A 2 × 2 × 1-cm3 spectroscopic volume was acquired from the interventricular septum during the systolic phase (left upper inset) to generate an input spectrum (left lower inset). 1H-CMR spectra were fitted and analyzed using the LC Model software (Provencher, Ontario, CA, USA).
