P-values shown represent differences in the magnitude of heart rate change at each time point between adenosine and regadenoson. The Post-vasodilator (VD) time point represents heart rates acquired immediately following vasodilator administration. Heart rate returned to baseline following adenosine infusion by the 10 min mark (p = 0.9397) whereas heart rate following regadenoson remained elevated compared with baseline at the 15 min mark (p = 0.0015)
