Cine imaging of the left main and left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) coronary arteries (five frames shown out of 20 acquired) in a healthy subject. Cine bSSFP (top) fails to distinctly show the coronary arteries, whereas the LAD is well delineated (arrows) with cine FISS (bottom) due to improved epicardial fat suppression. Improved visualization of the internal mammary vessels with cine FISS is apparent as well
