Images in coronal view and without multiplanar reformation in a 23-year-old female with an aorto-aortic conduit due to severe coarctation of the aortic isthmus. The presented example shows superior image quality of non-contrast-enhanced REACT-CMRA (A, water-only reconstruction) compared to contrast-enhanced steady-state- (B) and first-pass-CMRA (C) and provides a general impression of image quality over a large field-of-view. Note the clear delineation of fine suture material in the midline of the conduit on REACT-CMRA
