Representative cases. Case 1, A case of 42 year-old man with an ischemic cardiomyopathy and anteroseptal subendocardial late gadolinium enhancement (LGE). All sequences showed good image qualities. Case 2, A case of 80 year-old man with an ischemic cardiomyopathy. Subendocardial LGE at anteroseptal left ventricular (LV) wall is poorly delineated in conventional magnitude inversion recovery (IR) image due to inadequate nulling time.
