3D curved multi-planar reformats of a coronary cardiovascular magnetic resonance angiography (CCMRA) in a patient with chest pain and a history of hypertension, hypercholesterolemia and a family history of coronary artery disease. There is no significant disease in the left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) A, B or right coronary artery (RCA) (C, D). However, there is an occluded left circumflex artery coronary artery (LCx), red arrows (E, F). These findings were confirmed during invasive coronary angiography (GI, Additional file 1: Video S1)
