Metabolite data are shown overlaid an anatomical cine image and as raw metabolite images. Region of interest is the myocardium of the LV. The red line delineates the endocardium and the green line delineates the epicardium. B An example of temporal dynamics for [1-13C]pyruvate and metabolites is shown. As hyperpolarized data were acquired per heart cycle, we have shown the data indexed to heart rate at rest and during stress to depict how heart rate changes the temporal dynamics
