  1. The wave amplitudes U(systole) and U(diastole) were determined for ζ = 0.9 and averaged over the ten lowest and ten highest data points of U(t), respectively.
  2. Delays of isovolumetric contraction (IVC) and isovolumetric relaxation (IVR) were ten times manually selected in a range of 30 to 70% of the maximum of U(t) and the change of left ventricular diameter. Standard deviations are given in brackets.
