The mean relative SI defined as: ( SI vessel wall/SI myocardium ) was detected pre and post injury in the proximal LAD of the six pigs using standard T2W and water sensitive T2-STIR sequences. The bottom and top of the box shows the 25th and 75th percentile, respectively.
