Dynamic MBF mapping. Twenty one consecutive color-coded short-axis perfusion (MBF) maps resulting from a measurement series over the cardiac cycle. The color scale is in mL g-1 min-1. Data are shown from the same normal rat heart at rest (top) and during stress (bottom) while 280 μg kg-1 min-1 of adenosine were administered intravenously inside the magnet. Images were acquired using the cine-ASL sequence with in-plane resolution and slice thickness of 312 × 625 μm2 and 2 mm, respectively.
