The gray shaded area around the flow curves indicates the 95% (1.96 * σ) confidence interval (CI) predicted by the proposed method and the error bars indicate the 95% CI measured from 100 repeated experiments on the left and 100 pseudo replica reconstructions on the right. The measured net flow rate was 2288 ml/s and the net flow 95% CIs were 87.44 ml/min, 90.94 ml/min, and 90.87 ml/min for the proposed method, the repeated experiment, and the pseudo replica method respectively.
