In this example, MBF measurements were -0.07 ± 0.31 and 1.98 ± 0.20 m-bloodl/ml-tissue/min in the infarcted and remote regions, respectively. Near zero MBF is consistent with the resting perfusion defect on first-pass CMR and hypo-enhancement on LGE CMR (black arrows).
