ΔSaO2, QSM reproducibility experiment in normative controls N = 5 healthy controlls were scanned and rescanned to test the reproducibility of QSM based ΔSaO2 measurement. The ΔSaO2 measured by QSM between the two scans were very similar: small bias (− 0.4%) and reasonable limits of agreement (±2.2%)
